Laura Koivuluoma is one of Finland’s most promising drivers. Having taken second place at the 2010 Finnish Championship Cup (KF1), Laura became the first female medalist in Finnish history. KF1 class Championship-medals are one of the most esteemed in Finnish motor sports.  Previous winning medalists include renowned drivers such as Keke Rosberg, Mika Häkkinen, Mika Salo and Kimi Räikkönen. In addition, Laura was the world’s fastest female driver as well as the world’s 21st fastest driver (in both male and female groups) in the KF2 class for 2009.

Laura is now looking for new challenges, for example in the Asian Formula Renault 2.0 class, German Formula ADAC Masters, etc.  Her long-term goal is to become a professional race car driver in either Formula One, IndyCar series in North-America or Formula Nippon series in Japan.

Currently Laura enjoys,

• living in Vantaa Finland together with her family

• traveling, reading, fashion, shopping, sports and photography
